Privacy Notice

We run a deliberately minimal website: no analytics, no advertising trackers, no contact forms, and no cookies of our own. This notice explains the little data that is involved when you visit, and your rights over it.

Scope

This notice covers the website duntzesecurity.com only. Personal data we process in the course of delivering services to a client is handled separately, under the agreement and any data-processing terms we sign with that client.

Who is responsible

Duntze Security — Duntze Security, S.E.P., Republic of Panama — is responsible for the data described here. For any privacy matter, contact us at contact@duntzesecurity.com.

What we collect, and why

Server and security logs. Our hosting and content-delivery provider automatically processes technical data whenever a page is requested — your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, referring pages, and timestamps. This is used to deliver the Site, keep it available, and protect it against attacks and abuse. As part of that protection, the provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie (for example, to distinguish humans from bots).

Web fonts. Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. To serve them, Google receives your IP address and basic request information. We do not control what Google does with that data; see Google’s privacy policy for details.

Email. If you email us using a link on the Site, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to include, and we use it to respond to you and to keep a record of our correspondence.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, we donot build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

Cookies

We set no cookies ourselves. The only cookie that may appear is a strictly necessary security cookie from our infrastructure provider, used to protect the Site. Because we use no analytics or marketing cookies, there is no consent banner to click through.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers that run the Site on our behalf, our hosting and content-delivery provider, the web-font provider described above, and our email provider, so they can perform those functions. We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so. We do not otherwise share or sell your data.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data on servers outside Panama. Where that happens, the transfer is subject to the provider’s own safeguards and applicable law.

How long we keep it

Security and server logs are retained for a limited period — typically no longer than 12 months — and then deleted or anonymised. Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and then deleted in the ordinary course.

Your rights

Under Panama’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law 81 of 2019) and applicable regulation, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted or its processing cancelled, to object to certain processing, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@duntzesecurity.com. We will respond within the timeframes the law requires. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority in Panama.

Security

Given what we do for a living, we take the security of this Site seriously and apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data involved. No website can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to keep the risk low.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
